HOA Assessments: On-Line Payment
On Monday October 14th,
2013 the Board of Director's implemented a new on-line payment
processing program, designed to allow homeowner's the ease and
flexibility of submitting HOA assessments via the internet, using a
secured web site payment processing program.
HOA assessment payments
can now be accepted via on-line payment processing. That's right,
after several months and many hours of research and development, our
Board of Director's has finally found a company that offers the services
we've grown to accept as our normal business practices.
Now homeowner's have a
choice of submitting assessment payments via the internet or by direct
mailing. These payments may be submitted as a one-time payment or
as a reoccurring payment; the choice is yours. Homeowner's wishing
to utilize the on-line payment processing service can do so by simply
clicking on the
above or by clicking on the tab "HOA Payments"
link provided above and following the instructions provided.
HOA assessments being paid by direct mailing must be mailed directly to the Association's
mailing address listed below.
We certainly hope that
homeowner's take advantage of this premier service, which will allow for
easier payment processing.
